Hi all,

Am new to this and seeking advice. Today (18/07/22) a Parking Charge Notice from Smart Parking Ltd (dated 13/07/22) for overstaying at a KFC car park for 20 mins on 26/06/22 has been received via the post.

Due to the PCN dated and received later than 14 days from date of contravention, is there any grounds for appeal to this parking charge?

Would you require any more info?
