  • PCN - "PARKED OR LOADING UNLOADING IN A RESTRICTED STREET"

    Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I recently parked on a single yellow line. I was told with a Blue badge I am allowed to park on single yellow lines. But the sign gave a restriction that no parking is allowed.

On closer inspection the marking on the pavement is faded, and as I understand should be on of a certain length.

Can someone confirm to me that both the signage AND road marking need to visible? Or does the signage in this situation suffice?

    Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response. This was on public road and was issued by the council.
