I have recieved a County County Claim form from a legal company called DCB Legal acting on behalf of UKPC saying that i overstayed in a shopping center car park, I have never recieved any NCP's regarding this incident, so this coming out of the woodwork from over a year ago is abit of a surprise and asking for £268!! I registered with moneyclaim.gov and submited my defence that i had not recieved any NPC's and could any evidence of this alleged incident be sent to me by recorded delivery. (otherwise i think i am being scamed?)
The legal team DCB have emailed me back saying they intent to proceed with the claim? So i asked them again for the evidence and they are not replying! and saying i have 7 days to either pay or negotioate otherwise it goes to court. I have only just found this site so not sure if i have submitted my defence too soon
