Hi
Any help would be appreciated in any possible appeals to the parking charge notice
The first thing i can see is that its outside of the 14 days, I'm not sure if this is something that can be used for an appeal
Also there seems to be no compliance with POFA on the letter
This is the first and only letter we have received and there was no notice left on the car
I've attached some photos
