  • PCN.s received 5 months after incident

    Hi,
I am new to this group and topic but I am becoming very worried about my situation, I.m hoping for some help from you
We live in a flat on top of Asda, with underground and overground parking managed by Parking Jokey. Last year we started to pay a lady from an agency a monthly fee,and she registered us with Parking Jokey, for a specific space which is on the 4th floor. Having a small baby, sometimes the car was parked in the undergound parking, which now understand was not allowed,or as per the PCN.s,should have been paid. From last week,we have started to receive daily PCN.s from Highview Parking( 5 so far) dated november last year, sent them in April this year. It will be probably more than 1000 pounds to pay.. is it normal to receive them so late?
I.m sorry for the long story, just hoping to get some answers,as we don.t know who to ask. We have appealed already but only saying that the parking is being paid for monthly. Now from what I have read on the forums, there is a time limit for them to be sent, can I use this if I.ll receive more? Thank you

They have 14 days to send the notice to the registered keeper but if they know the driver then you can forget that. You may have identified the driver in your appeals.

It says on the Parking charge letter:" As we do not know the driver's name or current postal address,if you were not the driver at that time, you sgould provide us with thr name and current postal address and pass this charge to them "
IN the appeal we only wrote: I have received this PC,but I think it.s an error. We are registered as residence stay, listed on the whitelist with Parking Jokey.
A little bit naive, I know,it was the first appeal we have done.
