    Hi,

I tried to argue my case that I was not the driver at the time and also I moved houses since those tickets were issued Yet the judge was ruled in their favour .Could you please help me the case. Many thanks

So you going to appeal the decision? Not being the driver is not a defence if they have correctly used POFA

An acronym. It stands for Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. See Schedule 12: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...dule/4/enacted
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
