  • CPM Parking and EV Charging

    Hi all,

I used a CPM parking to charge my EV car although wasn't able to check-out properly from the carpark after finishing my EV charging (from their payment kiosk and pay the extra difference) and on the system it mentioned that I was there for days and faced with this issue couple of times and thus I tried to contact them no lines or support, no replies on my emails (just got one reply last week that we will look into it) I shared them pictures also that i was staying in the car park for 30 minutes and that I am not able to check-out and when I stayed for couple of minutes more to charge and wanted to pay any extra as 30 mins are only free wasn't able to checkout as it said that i have to pay at the machine £100> which is ridiculous as it wasn't correct as I have a parking permit for my private car park 3 minutes away and i use their space only to charge.

What shall i do as I send lots of emails explaining that i wasn't able to check-out and pay the extra minutes that I stayed to charge?

Attaching the PCN and also an example that I captured with the relevant issue that I faced once and also when i recorded my time on the EV charging slot and you can see what is displayed on the machine and which is not allowing me to checkout and pay if any excess.

it is ridiculous to charge £100 for lack of support and lack of capability to pay only the excess amount of my time there and even so they shouldn't as I wasn't using their car park I was using the EV charger.

    Thanks,
