Premier park in braunton devon

if someone could help please. I’ve recently been done by entering this car park at night and left 13 minutes after then to find a PCN for £50 through my door.

I’ve sent a letter off already with regards this issue, but they’ve come back and I don’t know if I have a chair to stand on.
