Parking Eye Ticket

Hi everyone, newbie looking for some help please. I may just need to swallow a bitter pill and cough up but want to check first. I have received a parking eye ticket for overstaying in a shop car park. The limit which is signed is 1.5 hours - the pictures show i was there for 1 hour 48 minutes. I accept there are signs stating this but want to check whether this is something i have to pay or not. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried complaing to the shop and get them to cancel?
