    Hi guys

    I'm new to this forum and i really need help! It would be much appreciated. Form is dated 26th nov 2021. Claimant is defence systems ltd.

    the defendant is alleged to have parked in a car park 3 times where breaches occurred. Between 06/03/2020 & 18/03/2020. The vehicles was a lease vehicle and has since returned to the car dealership. The defendant no longer drives that vehicle since july 2020. I will post a pic of the form but it doesnt allow me saying size isnt correct even though ive tried resizing it

      Ive tried uploading the pic of the form many times but its saying size is incorrect. I dont know how to upload it. Any help?

        You use an external site such as imgur to post your images then put your link on here.

        You acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Noting in the defence. This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court.

        So SAR to Defence system to get details of all the documents. Have you any of the original forms that were sent to you.

        CPR 31.14 request to the solicitor to request all the documents that they intend to use in court, including copies of the signage that creatted the alleged contract.
