    Keep the envelope that the LBA arrived in, was it post marked in any way?

    When you lodge you defence with the Court you can tackle the Claimant's non compliance with CPR pre action protocols.

      Thank you. Yes, we have it but is a Whistl envelope. No postmark and although there appears to be a unique number on it, it has not helped, so far
