  • Nightmare Neighbor - Dropped kerb - Bridal path

Hi, we have an issue with a neighbor parking Infront of our driveway. Somehow she keeps on evading any ramifications from the council or police.

So we installed a dropped kerb and clearly marked the driveway exit in effort to dissuade her.
Sadly, she continues to park there.

Our property is situated in a national park and 75% of it is bordered by a bridal path - when leaving the driveway we cross over the bridal path, and when buying the property we purchased a policy for using the bridal path as access.
Yet she still continues to park there, on the bridal.

All work carried out has been approved by the national park.
I'm at a loss for what to do next.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You could write (first class with free certificate of posting from PO) explaining that she is blocking your right of way, and if she continues to do this you will apply for a court injunction ordering her to cease. This will include an application that she pays the cost of the application.

Keep a diary (dated and timed photographs are good) of the occasions on which the trespass occurs.
