Parking eye PCN

My son has received a PCN from Parking eye for overstay in a services car park which is a lie .the vehicle entered the services and this was captured on ANPR no dispute there and after checking a faulty tyre it left they have failed to show ANPR on exit but have sent ANPR image showing vehicle leaving over 3 hours later no image of vehicle entering again which it did.

The vehicle left the services first time after approx 30 minutes and was taken to a tyre dealer in shropshire where a new tyre was fitted a timed receipt showing a card payment and vehicle reg is here .

Some time later the vehicle returned to the services where the driver and passenger purchased Burger king a timed receipt is here showing the payment was made with same Debit card

Parking eye are puling a fast one here is this illegal they have shown vehicle entering earlier and leaving later after the vehicle had left and then returned for which there is proof we will appeal on what grounds ? bearing in mind that i am sure they are attempting to commit fraud?
