    You should definitely include their failure to abide by their CoP.

    Yes keying errors are valid, as shown by the CoP. So driver and keeper names the same?

    They are also required to ensure that signage is visible and lit. Take a photo of the signs at the same time after sunset of the event. Without flash

        CoP = Code of Practise

        If the driver can't see the signs to read them then how can a contract be created? Also in their CoP
