    Hello Everyone !

Could someone please Advise me, as to if there are time limits to the issuing of a Charge Certificate, after a PCN Appeal to an Adjudicator has been rejected.

My Appeal was rejected by email, on July 16, 2020.

I received the Charge Certificate by post, on March 18, 2021, and it is dated March 11, 2021; so Just shy of 8 Months later.

    Thank You !

After your appeal to the adjudicator was refused you should have paid the penalty within 28 days.

Not paid and the charge certificate can be sent.
If there is a time limit for issuing such a certificate I suspect it will be in the region of 6 years (not months).
