  • DCB Legal Letter of Claim Re Parking Fine

    Hello,

I have received a letter of claim in Jan 21, from DCB Legal regarding a parking fine from may 2015. So over 5 years ago.

I do not recall a parking fine, and as it is over 5 years ago, I have no memory of one. I have looked back and found out that I was at a service station hotel that night/day. So I dont know if I perhaps parked in a wrong bay or something. But I do not recall any fines and my friend parked next to me has not received anything.

I do not know how to respond to this letter?

DCB are acting on behalf of Cp Plus Ltd T/a Groupnexus. The PCN reference number is 12 digits long, I tried to put it into the company page but it only accepts 10 digit or 13 digit numbers?

Any advice on how to respond would be much appreciated, as this is really worrying me. I do not have the money to pay said fee.

    Many thanks

So as requested in Pepipoo Sar to Parking company and request to solicitors for further details and hold the processing by 30 while they respond.
