  • Debt Recovery Plus letter received- Scotland

    Evening all

Today I have received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus and im very unsure of what to do it looks fake and a scam letter if im honest

    Summary
    date of this notice 9/12/20
    Date of charge 16/12/17
Vehicle reg : one i previously was registered keeper of
    Creditor : uk parking control
Reason: parked without clearly displaying a valid ticket

Apparently I've missed 5 deadlines? I can't think of one?
The address I've received the letter at today was not the address the car was registered at.
I have no idea who was driving on that date

Im really not sure what to do next my knee jerk was to phone ombudsman but not sure .

    Any help gratefully accepted

As it's Scotland continue to ignore. There is no keeper liability in Scotland, (yet). They seem to be trying to trace the name
