start with POFA fails, all of them and spell them out in full as though you are writing for 5 year olds

signage unclear and unable to create a contract for parking

question their authority and request sight of their contract to operate

I have been searching for similar appeals but am struggling... do I copy & paste schedule 4 POFA & add the other bits? Just really struggling
