No NTK

A final demand was sent followed later by a LBC threatening enforcement. No NTK was ever received though. The obvious defence is they did not send an NTK. If they claim they did what will happen ? Will they have to prove they sent one ?

SAR to the parking company and letter to the solicitor telling them that you know nothing about this alleged debt and to hold any action as to such time as the SAR to the claimant has been responded to.
