The attendant said that I needed to be a goods vehicle and as I was only in a 4x4/car I was illegally parked.
How many parcels?
What weight?Â* The Post office and UPS receipts should say.
Were they bulky?

Hi Michael.
I had one parcel (UPS) that was a fair sized box and weighed 10 Kilos and I had three other parcels that were smaller in weight but fairly bulky. I have the receipt from UPS and the post office.
The contravention code on the ticket is 25 which is for not loading while parked in a loading bay.

Yes.
Appeal on the grounds that the contravention did not occur.
You parked in the loading bay at approx xxx in order to deliver several bulky and heavy parcels to the nearby post office and UPS collection point.(Enclose copies of receipts)
You were engaged in the legitimate activity of unloading and therefore were entitled to park in the loading bay in Tanners Hill for that purpose.
