  • Luton Airport APCOA PCN's

Hi, I noticed with interest the posts from October 2017 regarding appealing London Luton Airport APCOA PCNs. I'm wondering whether the process of appealing, requesting POPLA reference on dismissal of appeal, then appealing with POPLA is still valid. Also, whether the paragraph in the suggested appeal letter (posted 11th October 2017) which talks about the Protection of Freedom Act 2012 is meant to be included in the appeal or is just explanatory for us users. Thanks in advance!

    Hi & welcome to LB.

Important...... do not ID the driver.
From what I've seen, it looks like APCOA does not action via PoFA 2012. (I might be wrong in this).

I'd also do some checking to see if airport bye laws or other legislation governs stopping/parking on the relevant place.

Could you post up the PCN? (Front & rear, redact personal info but leave times & dates visible).
