  • Parking charge noticed - passed to our legal team

Hi! This is my first time posting one of these so please bare with me. The received a parking charge notice a month or 2 ago but ignored it as The driver had read on all the forums and spoken to friends etc. They sent a reminder letter which Was also ignored. They’ve now sent a letter with BW Legal saying they are owed them £160 within 14 days. I know the occasion on which they are charging the driver for, I paid for a ticket however overstayed past the time I had paid for. The driver is happy to pay for the £100 PCN but is there anyway of getting out of paying the £60 legal costs. Thanks!

So edit your post so that the driver cannot be inferred, yes "the driver........ " etc.

Post up the PCN you received, suitably redacted but leave dates. Signs might help
