thankyou, and phrase it that way even though I am appealing to POPLA now? Like 'your company's agreement with DVLA', or would it be 'MET parkings agreement with DVLA'? sorry if I am making this awkward

      Ok, 'MET's agreements with.........' etc. (1/ DVLA & 2/ landowner/agent)

Hi all, I have just received an email to say MET will not be contesting the appeal with POPLA so I'm successful. Thanks for all your help! The amount of people that probably just pay these... I'm wandering now if I can complain to the rental agency about the charge they took from me for admin or how to get that back? I uploaded the rental agreement before, thanks again

So does the rental agreement mention private parking invoices or just fines penalties etc? If it doesn't mention PPCs then complain to the company first mentioning that the charge has been cancelled and if that gets nowhere then a complaint to your credit card company about an unauthorised debit.

Hi, this is the wording, it doesnt mention private invoices; I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOR THE
PERIOD OF THE RENTAL I SHALL BE LIABLE AS THE OWNER OF
THE VEHICLE FOR ANY FIXED PENALTY OFFENCE COMMITTED
WITH RESPECT TO THE VEHICLE OR ANY PENALTY OR
PARKING CHARGE NOTICE, ANY EXCESS CHARGE OR PENALTY
CHARGE FOR PARKING OR BUS LANE CONTRAVENTIONS
WHICH MAY BE INCURRED AND ANY CHARGES AND PENALTY
CHARGES INCURRED UNDER A ROAD USER CHARGING
              SCHEME.

I will issue a complaint now, thanks
