Parking charge notice

Hi I need some advice, I've received a letter parking charge notice stating that I haven't paid and clear signage was displayed. However it was only possible to pay by phone which I thought I did. I called the number provided and gave all my details including my credit card but the payment didn't go through without my knowledge. I o Lou checked today when I received the ticket that it wasnt taken.
do I have any chance tomappeal? I have a picture of my outgoing phone call to the number provided which lasted 5 min..

Could you please post up pics of the postal notice to keeper (front & rear, redact personal info but leave all times & dates visible)
Plus pics of site signs if possible.

Was this ANPR, or was there a windscreen notice to driver?
