  • Pcn notice code 02 challenge bank holiday

    HI,

I wanted to ask advice whether it would be worth appealing a PCN notice for contravention code 02 " parked or loading/unloading in a restricted street where waiting and loading/unloading reactions are in force" I had parked on a single yellow line in Hounslow on a Bank holiday Monday where the signage had loading times Monday-Saturday i can't recall the exact hours. I had clearly been ignorant and assumed as the restrictions didn't apply for Sunday, this would be the case for a bank holiday Monday.
If anyone could advise whether it is worth trying to dispute this or just pay within this 14 days the reduced amount of £55? I don't really have any experience of this or what to say if worth appealing. Thank you

Unless the sign states otherwise, the restrictions apply each day, even bank holidays

Best guides on appealing are on Pepipoo (http://www.pepipoo.com/)
