    I'm not sure I did say it was the museum car park. I've referred to the maritime car park as that was what was on the PCN. Does it make a difference to the advice offered?

      Yep
      The notice to keeper must correctly identify the location of the parking site.

        Well 30 months on and a failed POPLA appeal and numerous harrassing letters later from BW Legal (who didn’t have the decency to reply to my offer of £20, accepting no liability, just to make them go away!) I have a county court letter!!
