    One of our employees recieved car parking charge from CP Plus for staying too long in a carpark at wheatley, Doncaster DN2 4PE. 14 DAYS to pay £50 or £100 after that. trying frightening tactics by quoting a court case of Parking Eye v Beavis. is this enforceable. no ticket was issued at the time of parking

    It's not a fine or a penalty it is an invoice for a breach of a contract for parking. Beavis is being used to frighten you.

    Is this a hire or lease car? Could you post up a suitably redacted copy of the Notice to Keeper so that personal and identifying details are not there but leave the dates.

    It is enforceable in as much that they can raise a civil claim in the county court for the alleged sum agreed inaan alleged parking contract.

    I can't see any signs on street view in the wheatley centre that state the maximum time on site. Can you get some photos of the signs please. The only sign I can see is a sign with ANPR in large characters, an icon of a camera and a lot of unreadable text.
