Got a letter saying I’d spent 11 minutes at a car park and not paid. I was not driving. Have not replied to any letters but got threat of court hearing. Do I respond ?

Of course you respond !!! You should have responded to the first letter from NCP!! With no response from you they will now be hoping to get a default judgement against you. You can be held liable for the actions of a driver of your car in a private car park.
Do you still have the Notice to Keeper from NCP? If so post it up suitably redacted but leave dates.
If not then SAR NCP asking for your data and letter to BWL requesting all the documents that they intend to use in court in order to reduce the contention between the parties, as expected by the courts. As they will have the documents to hand in order to perform due diligence before issuing the claim then you expect those documents within 7 days.
