  • Met parking/drp/Zenith

Was wondering if anyone could help me.

recieved a letter from drp/Zenith about overstayed parking at mcdonalds. We originally recieved a letter from drp stating that we must pay 60 if we paid within 14 days, that time has passed and we have a letter from drp stating we must pay 160 immediately or face court action which we have ignored and now we have recieved a letter stating if we pay 136 immediately the case will be dropped and if not the amount of 160 will be sought. The letter from Zenith collections stated that it is a notice of intention to commenced legal proceedings.

when we contacted drp we spoke to a very forceful and unhelpful male who was no help.

we are at a loose end and dont know what to do next, can anyone offer advice?

    Thanks
