How do I stand about P.C.N.

Just got home from work and find a P.C.N. From Civil Enforcement Ltd. for parking in the car park of a private social club. Ł100 or Ł60 within 14 days. The purpose of my visit was to enquire about membership. 62 years old and recently moved to area. (18 months). Is this charge enforceable...

Edit the post so that the identity cannot be inferred. Use "the driver ......." etc.

post up the PCN suitably redacted. Leave dates.

Contact the club and complain to a manager about the charge.
