  • Highview parking

    Hi all,
    a little advice needed please....
A parking charge notice received via post, did not actually pay for parking (totally at fault)
received a PCN from Highview-should I just pay as there are so many differing opinions on the internet it’s a minefield

    thanks in advance

So lets see the PCN that you, the keeper, received with identifying details redacted but leave dates. Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver ......." etc. Photos of signs might be helpful.

As they don't know the driver the can claim from the keeper but only if they jump through the hoops that are schedule 4 of THe Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (known as POFA)
