    Any advice welcome please.
Got a Parking Eye ticket on car windscreen yesterday at ASDA in Doncaster.
My partner was parked in disabled bay but forgot to put my Blue Badge on display.
Ticket for £70 or £40 if paid in 14 days for not displaying Blue badge.
Partner went into store and spoke to customer services who "said" they had cancelled it but we may still get something in the post from Parking Eye.
Now as we have no written proof of it being cancelled do i lodge my appeal straight away or wait and see if we get a letter from Parking Eye?
If i do appeal is the 14 day time limit for the lower charge put on hold until they decide to accept or reject appeal?
    Many thanks everyone

So into the store again and speak to a manager, not customer disservice.
