    Help needed with LBC

    Hi I'm hoping you can give me some advice. I had a parking ticket from a private firm which I ignored. I then got a letter from Zenith Collections in January which I also ignored. I thought they had dropped it but today I got a letter from Vehicle Control Services stating 'Letter Before Claim' asking for £160. Is there anyway to avoid paying or will I have to give in and pay them? Appreciate any help you can give me.

    So what are they alleging the driver of the car did wrong? Can you post up the PCN you received, redacting identifying details but leave dates. Suggest you ask the driver to return to the car park and take photos of the signs.
