What chance is there when even the guy who is in charge of it doesn't understand the problem, "Communities Secretary Sajid Javid said: “For too long drivers have suffered from unjust fines at the hands of dodgy parking firms. We need a fairer, clearer and more" I was always led to believe they could not 'fine' you as they were only invoices.
