Just received a parking notice from Euro Car Parks, before i parked there i checked the Worcester City website and it said you could park for 3 hours with a blue badge, however have now received a PCN for £75 for not purchasing a ticket.

I believe Tybridge is ANPR cameras, but just in case, did you get a windscreen PCN?
Could you post up a pic of that letter? (Front & rear, obscure personal details but leave all times & dates visible).
Is the car lease/HP/Motobility?
Do you live in England/Wales?
Have you contacted ECP & if so, have you ID'd the driver? (& it would be wise to edit your post..."the driver parked....", etc.CAVEAT LECTOR
