First asleep seizure back in 2017. Banned for 6 months. Had tests and no epilepsy found. Specialist put it down to stress. Had another one on 2 August last year. Was banned for 12 months. Specialist still maintained stress but sadly died earlier this year from Pancreatic cancer before he could reply to DVLA. Of course they were late writing due to covid. GP happy for me to drive now. Have reapplied for licence but on another forum it says if GP is happy for you to drive and no more seizures then you can drive as he says his sister in law had a seizure from a brain tumour. His sister in laws insurance people happy as well. Section 88 says though you can't drive if your licence has been revoked due to medical reasons until they let you drive again. Question, can I drive after 1st August if i've not heard from DVLA?
