hi, i checked my driving license online and i saw this

the problem in that on 20 mar 2018 i was not in the country , i left UK on 28 january , and i have not returned yet...

Anyone has any ideea on what should i do??

the think is that i use to work for a taxi company and i was registrated on a car, could they do not remove me from that car and someone else who was driving got a fine and dvla send it to me?

As the registered keeper you are liable for providing the driver details. Were you the registered keeper of the car?

i was renting the car from the company i was working for, and i was on the insurance but that should end when i stop working for that company is it?

Looks like the hire company have given your name as the keeper.

If you were the registered keeper (you say you were "registrated" on it) it was your duty to advise DVLA of the change.
Failure of the registered keeper to provide driver information is a strict liability offence and you can be convicted even if you do not receive the request for information.
I doubt there is anything practical you can do
