Hello, I have received a civil court claim form with the claimant listed as Civil Enforcement Ltd and the only details of the particulars of the claim are 'outstanding debt and damages 09.03.16 £236'. I have no idea what this is about and have had no communication from this company beforehand. Having done some research online it appears to be a parking company, but I haven't had any tickets or letters from them. I've NEVER had a court letter served on me in my life and am rather upset so any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
