  • CCJ - Claim form received from Gladstones on behalf of parking control management

I have today received a claim form from Gladstones claiming I owe £236 for a ticket issued in May. This is the first time I have received any letter in regards to this. When I googled the location I can see it's a main road and I would have stopped to pick up a phone call so never actually left my car. The ticket was also issued on highway loading bay. Heath Parade NW9. I have today gone on to money claim and said I will put in a defence within 28 days, but I have no clue where to start.
Please can someone assist me as I feel like I have been cheated into this and they are now trying to ruin my credit.

This seems to be a regular honeypot for the PPC. There are currently 3 cases running for the same location on Pepipoo. This is the GSV Picture.

This road must have been adopted by the local council. A request to the council for the status of the road could be helpful.
