  • ParkingEye charge

Hi Everyone, I've got a parking charge from ParkingEye and any help would be much appreciated!

I parked my car in the car park on Seel street in Liverpool (opposite the Nadler hotel). Despite being outside of the charging hours, I bought a valid ticket (which had the Liverpool City Council logo on) and clearly displayed it on my dashboard. I then got a parking charge. I appealed to Parking Eye and it got rejected. I appealed to POPLA and also got rejected. They said that my ticket wasn't valid for the car park, despite being purchased from the machine inside the car park.

I've emailed LCC to see if ParkingEye own any land in that car park. Has anyone else had a similar experience to this?

    Thank you for your time,
    Gwyn

Strange circumstances. Not much i can do since you have exhausted your appeals. You can only prepare for if they go to court by getting or keeping photos etc.

Thanks mystery1. I'll see what the council say and update with any progress.
