bailiffs at newlyn plc threats

Basically i have had a debt with southwark council for an unpaid parking fine which they then sent onto newlyn debt collectors i paid 250 of the debt and spoke with the council to try and dispute it as i was paying they basically said the debt on there end has been payed off so not to pay anymore money so i stopped paying and npw newlyn are saying they are coming to my home to remove goos because i owe them £360 and that o have to pay in full to stop them coming tonight to remove goods. I have tried to explain i dont have that money upfront but they wont take it as i missed payments as i was told by the council npt to pay anymore to them. I also have my daughter who is 9months pregnant living with me and her one year old daughter.
