QDR Solicitors, Parking Charge Notice.

My daughter has received a letter from QDR demanding £186 re a PCN on 14/12/15. Previous letters from ZZPS Ltd were ignored. Letter threatens County Court Judgment for non immediate payment. Parking infringement was in Scotland and we reside in Scotland. Does court proceedings not need to be in Scotland.

Correct. Probably just another mailshot but post up a sanitised version for a look.

No evidence of who the driver is and the courts have thrown them out on the very rare case tht went to court.
