    That's what I did,
    I double check and it was safe to overtake and not to break the speed limit as well...
    Maybe nothing it will come to me but if I'll read what's the statement and post it...
    Really odd...still...

      It clearly states that you should not overtake unless it is safe to do so, seems a bit odd to me as you should never overtake unless it is safe to do so but I suspect it just means take extra care
      Noah some things are just common sense. If i were to come to a junction where there is triangular sign but the road is covered in snow, how would I know what that sign was and what to do? If I were to come to another junction on an extremely foggy day and could not see anything in front, to my left, or my right, what should I do?
