Hello,
Please can somebody help us, my husband is self employed and has fully comp insurance on his van, the problem is the van caught fire and was written off by initial investigation, so insurance company won't give my husband a courtesy van,with no van he can't move tools between jobs, it's been two weeks now with no van and they've asked for another investigation to find the exact cause of the fire ( all we know is that it was electrical ) we don't know what to do because with no van he can't work and when he rings them they say they're waiting for the report.
