I parked in a disabled spot(which I shouldn't have) for maximum of 5 minutes come back to my car to see a traffic Watson walking away from my car I received a parking fine. All fine my own fault but when I opened the fine I can not read any of the left side of the text printed about 3 letters at the start of each line have not been printed how legal is this? Is it still payable? Or should I disputed it? I have taken a photo but not sure how to upload it
