    a double whammy ! ADVICE GIVEN that prosecution usually drop the failing to ID if u accept the speeding ??
    Also any good reviews on the online motoring law websites - when they draft your mitigation letters..
    do they work?

    Possibly more a post for Pepipoo - they're good, though can't comment on their mitigation letters. One of the most reputable and respected sites though.

      In my local paper every week in the court reports there are cases where people convicted of Failing to identify drivers are convicted and fines and costs add up to over 600 quid in some cases
