We have received an email enquiry, as parking isn't my strong point ( but better than Ame's real life car parking ) could anyone advise a reply please

I have received a letter from civil enforcement ltd for a parking fine in a co op carpark, but i do not drive or own a car.I have tried to c ontact them but only get an answeing machine,i also contacted co op head of fice and told them my situation but have had no further reply from them, should i just ignore this letter please advise thankyou
