Claim Form received for parking charge from Parkingeye Ltd

Hi,

I have received a claim form from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton for a parking charge issued by Parkingeye Ltd.

I ignored the three letters received from Parkingeye Ltd as I read on other forums that this was the best action but I am now not sure that was good advice. Can you please advise me what my best course of action is now please.

I have not made any communication with Parkingeye Ltd nor have I as yet made contact with the store where the car park is.
