Hello all
Could please help me as i am looking for advice on a parking fine i have recieved from parking eye.
On 3rd May 2014 my family and i went to a phsycic evening at the Holiday Inn Scotch Corner this we have done on several occasions without any issues.
However a few days later i recieved a letter stating that i had a parking fine for £100 or if i pay within 14 days it will be reduced to £60.
The letter states that i have either not purchased the appropriate parking time or remained in the car park longer than permitted in accordance with the terms and conditions on the signage.
Unfortunately we did not notice any signage but apparently as i later found out on arrival you have to give your registration number at the check in desk and you can park for free.
I did google parking eye and went on to a site that said to ignore them i have however had two further letters since.
I do believe the charge is excessive and any advice would be apprecieated.
i have the letter but i am unable to attach i will how ask my son when he comes in from work and will attach then.
