      Hey all,

      can you confrim the advice for a pcn received relating to Nov 2011 please ( CEL/Co-Op ) ? we have been receiving the same letters throughout the 3 year period and now the last one from DEAL suggesting court action & that have been mentioned here (we have never replied, just filed away) . we havnt received a formal court letter yet, just the blank copy from DEAL. because this is Nov 2011 is the advice to ignore until such time a formal court letter is recevied or should i do something about it (write to coop)? the advice on other forums for pcn of 2011 has always been to ignore. i see that may have been bad advice now
